Stephanie J Johnson, PT

Stephanie Johnson has spent more than twenty years at the intersection of science and story — walking with families through some of their most formative seasons. With a clinical foundation in Pediatric Physical Therapy and expertise in Child Development, she has worked alongside thousands of families to promote health, nurture resilience, restore hope and strengthen the fabric of family life through holistic wellbeing.
Since 2009, Stephanie has also been a guest lecturer and continuing education instructor, bringing her voice into college classrooms and national conferences alike. Audiences know her for something rare: she doesn’t just deliver research, she translates it into real life — weaving evidence with personal narrative so people leave both informed and changed.

Building on her clinical and educational experience, Stephanie is expanding her focus to support the family unit on a broader scale. From stay-at-home mom to single mom to CEO and CFO leadership roles, she brings firsthand insight into the societal pressures families face. Her passion lies in fostering unity and fortifying families — recognizing their vital role in emotional and psychological wellbeing, cognitive and educational growth, physical health, and social and cultural impact. It is her hope to break generational cycles, build resilient villages, and help parents raise children who truly flourish no matter what season they are in.
