The Middle Ground Network is dedicated to supporting high functioning neurodiverse individuals in the North Alabama area as they transition into adulthood. We serve those entering the workforce after high school graduation, as well as those pursuing higher education who may benefit from additional guidance.

Our mission is to open doors to diverse employment opportunities and encourage progress toward independent living. We foster inclusive environments where individuals can roommate match with peers of similar neurodevelopmental profiles, empowering them to thrive in living situations beyond the family home. At the same time, we support parents in gaining the confidence to “let go,” allowing their young adults the independence they need to thrive.
